“At Inbalance, I take a whole-person approach to health and healing.

My work focuses on understanding the underlying causes of imbalance — physical, emotional, and mental — rather than chasing symptoms alone. ”

My Approach

Interpretation before intervention.

That's the simplest way to describe how I work.

Health concerns rarely exist in isolation. Symptoms overlap, shift, or persist — despite effort, testing, or treatment. My approach starts with understanding the patterns underneath, not jumping to protocols.

Understanding patterns

Before deciding what support might help, I take time to observe how the body is responding, adapting, and compensating.

Rather than starting with assumptions, I let the individual guide the process. No fixed formulas. Just careful observation and honest interpretation.

When you've already tried a lot

Many people arrive having already done the rounds — supplements, diets, lifestyle changes, multiple practitioners — and still feel stuck.

In those situations, doing more is rarely the answer.

Sometimes understanding why the body is responding the way it is brings more clarity than any new intervention. That might lead to treatment. Or it might lead to reassurance, redirection, or simply doing less.

How I use tools

I combine traditional observation with modern technology — but always deliberately, not routinely.

This may include:

  • Detailed case history — the foundation of everything

  • Iridology — to identify long-standing patterns

  • Bioresonance — to clarify and confirm findings

  • Alpha-Stim — to support nervous system regulation

These tools don't replace judgment. They support it. And they're only used when relevant.

Why sequencing matters

The order things are done in makes a difference.

Observation comes first. Then confirmation. Then support.

Iridology might highlight areas of stress or tendency. Bioresonance can explore or confirm those patterns. Alpha-Stim may then help regulate the system so it can respond more effectively.

Sometimes all three are used together. Sometimes very little is needed. The body's response guides the process.

No guarantees — just honest response

No therapy helps everyone with everything all the time.

Response varies, and progress is assessed over time. If something isn't helping, we adjust or stop. If another approach or practitioner would serve you better, I'll say so.

Honesty and common sense are central to how I work.

Who this suits

This approach often resonates with people who:

  • feel their symptoms don't quite add up

  • have had normal tests but ongoing issues

  • want understanding, not just treatment

  • prefer a thoughtful, measured process

  • value clarity over quick fixes

It may not suit those seeking guarantees or rapid solutions.

Next steps

Support may include naturopathic care, bioresonance, Alpha-Stim — or a combination, used thoughtfully and adjusted over time.

If you're unsure where to start, that's what the first conversation is for.
