“At Inbalance, I take a whole-person approach to health and healing.
My work focuses on understanding the underlying causes of imbalance — physical, emotional, and mental — rather than chasing symptoms alone. ”
My Approach
Understanding patterns in health
Health concerns rarely exist in isolation. Symptoms often overlap, shift, or persist despite effort, testing, or treatment.
My approach focuses on understanding patterns before deciding what support is needed.
Rather than starting with assumptions or protocols, I take time to observe how the body is responding, adapting, and compensating. This allows care to be guided by what makes sense for the individual, rather than by a fixed formula.
Interpretation before intervention
Many people arrive having already tried a lot — supplements, diets, lifestyle changes, or multiple practitioners — yet still feel unclear or stuck.
In these situations, doing more is rarely the answer.
Understanding why the body is responding the way it is often brings more clarity than adding another intervention. Sometimes this leads to treatment. Other times it leads to reassurance, redirection, or a simpler approach.
How tools are used
I use a combination of traditional observation and modern technology to support interpretation.
This may include:
detailed case history
iridology to identify long-standing patterns
bioresonance to help clarify and confirm findings
Alpha-Stim to support nervous system regulation
Tools are used deliberately — not all at once, and not because they’re available, but because they are relevant.
They do not replace judgement.
They support it.
Sequencing matters
The order in which things are done matters.
Observation often comes first, followed by confirmation and then support. This helps avoid unnecessary interventions and keeps care focused.
Iridology is typically used early to highlight areas of stress or tendency.
Bioresonance may then be used to explore or confirm these patterns.
Alpha-Stim is used to support regulation so the system can respond more effectively.
Sometimes everything is used together. Sometimes very little is needed. The body’s response guides the process.
Individual response, not guarantees
No therapy helps everyone with everything all the time.
Response varies, and progress is assessed over time. If something isn’t helping, it’s adjusted or stopped. If another approach or practitioner would be more appropriate, I will say so.
Honesty and common sense are central to how I work.
Who this approach tends to suit
This approach often resonates with people who:
feel their symptoms don’t quite add up
have had normal tests but ongoing issues
want understanding, not just treatment
prefer a thoughtful, measured process
value clarity over quick fixes
It may not suit those seeking guarantees or rapid solutions.
My training spans both traditional naturopathic observation and modern frequency-based and nervous system–supportive therapies.
Next steps
Support may involve naturopathic care, bioresonance, Alpha-Stim, or a combination of approaches.
If you’re unsure what’s appropriate, this can be discussed during your appointment.
