“Healing takes time, consistency, and your active participation. This pathway ensures you see real change.”
My Approach
My Approach
At Inbalance, health is not treated as a quick fix or a one-off session. I work with clients who are ready to take an active role in their wellbeing, using a structured and supportive approach that allows time for meaningful change.
(For more background on my philosophy and clinical tools, you can read the About page.)
At Inbalance, I take a whole-person approach to health and healing.
My work focuses on understanding the underlying causes of imbalance — physical, emotional, and mental — rather than chasing symptoms alone.
Because of this, my approach is not designed for quick fixes or one-off sessions.
There is always a review point — you are not locked into ongoing care.
Healing Is a Partnership
Your health is ultimately your responsibility
My role is to:
Gather detailed information about your body and health patterns
Use tools such as naturopathy, bioresonance, Alpha-Stim, and iridology to guide treatment
Provide clear recommendations, education, and support
Why One Session Is Rarely Enough
Bodies need time and consistency to respond.
While a single session can provide information or temporary relief, it rarely allows enough time to:
Observe how your body responds to treatment
Make meaningful changes
Adjust the plan based on progress
For this reason, most clients begin with an initial phase of care rather than a one-off appointment.
What the Initial Phase Looks Like
Most clients start with one of the following:
Naturopathy
An initial consultation, followed by a second session within six weeks
Bioresonance / Alpha-Stim
One session per week for approximately four weeks
Treatment plans are adapted to individual needs. Often, a naturopathic consultation is followed by weekly 30-minute bioresonance sessions, including online or distance work (Inner Voice Scan / SEFI).
This initial phase allows time to:
Identify patterns and priorities
Implement changes
Observe how your body responds
Review progress together and decide on next steps
Your role is to:
Be open to the process
Follow the agreed treatment plan
Implement changes between sessions
When both sides are engaged, results are far more likely.
Who This Approach Works Best For
Inbalance is best suited to people who:
Want to understand why symptoms are happening
Are open to guidance and change
Understand that healing takes time & consistency
Who This Approach May Not Suit
This approach may not be the right fit if you:
Are looking for a quick fix
Want a single session without follow-up
Are not ready to make changes outside the treatment room
Being clear about this helps ensure that anyone who begins care has the best chance of success.
A Final Note
My intention is always to support you — but meaningful change requires participation, consistency, and time.
If this approach resonates with you, you’re very welcome to book or get in touch to discuss whether Inbalance is the right fit for your needs.
